Viewing Transactions in the Smartpay Fuse Portal

Smartpay Fuse Portal
Use the transaction request ID to search for transactions received from your customer's browser and see full transaction details, including the transaction response that was provided to your customer's browser. This is helpful for troubleshooting issues.
- Log in to theSmartpay Fuse Portal.
- In the left navigation panel, chooseTransaction Management >. TheSecure AcceptanceSecure AcceptanceSearch page appears.
- Search transactions search using your preferred methods.
- Click the Request ID link of the transaction that you want to view. The Details page opens.
RESULT
If a transaction has missing or invalid data, it is
displayed in the
Secure Acceptance
Transaction Search
Results page without a request ID link.
