Integration Methods

Smartpay Fuse
uses two types of integration methods:
  • Front-End integration methods
: card data is transmitted directly from the customer's browser to the
    Smartpay Fuse
    server, bypassing the merchant server
  • Back-End integration methods
: card data is transmitted from the customer browser to the merchant server, and then from the merchant server to the
    Smartpay Fuse
    server
Selecting your integration method is one of the most important steps of the integration process. The following table provides information about the available integration methods so you can choose the best method for your needs.
