Follow-on Credit

A follow-on credit is linked to a capture in the

Smartpay Fuse

system. All follow-on credits must occur within 60 days of the capture. For

Barclays

-acquired transactions, this can be extended up to 180 days.

Avoid sending capture and refund requests for the same order on the same day to prevent issues at the acquiring bank.
